RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Dingo Gear USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase.
Please contact us by email at info@dingogear.us to initiate a return or exchange. Please do not ship any item/s back to us without our prior authorization email.

Returned items must be in their original clean, new condition with original tags and packaging. We are unable to issue a store credit or exchange for items that have been used or damaged.
