This soft leather rag is designed to tease the young dog in the early stages of learning to bite (arousing his prey drive).  Its softness and appealing natural scent make it best suited for puppies in the initial stages of training. The decoy/helper often attaches this rag to the end of a 'flirt pole' for puppy work.
